Started Dogs
When we have started dogs, we will post them here.
We currently have four females (Jazz, Liv, Indie, Sunshine) from our 2024 litters that we have held back to train and observe. We plan to place at least 2-3 of them in the summer of 2025.
These dogs are a part of our family and we will be extremely picky where they go so that they have the perfect home for them. These dogs are not "first come, first serve". We are in no rush to find their perfect homes!
Jazz
DOB 5/27/2024
Jazz is out of our Brandy / Scout 2024 litter. We held her back to start training! She has been doing fantastic has been started on her obedience, FF, and CC skills with Nick- Canton Retrievers in Montana. She has been running land marks as well as water at the junior/ started level.
Our ideal home for Jazz is an active home. She has medium drive and energy. She has a fantastic nose. She can settle in the house pretty well, but is happier when she has gotten to do training and activities. Jazz is sleeping in a crate and has travelled with us to MT a handful of times. She is not a dominant puppy with the other dogs and smaller puppies, but is nice and confident! She loves to play in the water. She has been started on basic obedience such as sit, down, place, crate (sleeping through the night), and wait.
Parents are hip, elbow, eye, and cardiac tested.
Jazz is is clear for everything on the GR Genetic panel and has had her OFA prelim eyes and practitioner cardiac checked Normal.
Price for started dog: $6500

Liv
DOB 07/12/2024
Liv is out of our Cali/Poncho 2024 litter. We held her back to start training! She has been with Nick- Canton Retrievers, for her obedience, FF, and CC training. She has been running land and water marks at the junior / started level.
Our ideal home for Liv is an active home. She has higher drive and energy. She loves to go on adventures. She is on the higher side with her energy, but has started to learn that she can settle in the house. Liv is sleeping in a crate and has travelled with us to MT a handful of times. She is a very confident puppy and can be more on the dominant side of things. She doesn't let the other dogs push ehr around! She has been started on basic obedience such as sit, down, place, crate (sleeping through the night), and wait.
Parents are hip, elbow, eye, and cardiac tested.
Liv has had her OFA prelim eyes and practitioner cardiac checked and is Normal.

Sunshine
DOB 05/27/2024
Sunshine is out of our River/Bridger 2024 litter. We had originally placed her with a family, but life happened and they were not able to keep her, so we decided to take her back and start training! She has been doing fantastic and is currently training with Nick- Canton Retrievers for her obedience, FF, and CC skills.
Our ideal home for Sunshine is an active home. She has medium drive and energy. She enjoys playing and training, and can settle in the house. She is sleeping in a crate and has travelled with us to MT and did well. She is a confident and a very sweet puppy. She has been started on basic obedience such as sit, down, place, crate (sleeping through the night), and wait.
Parents are hip, elbow, eye, and cardiac tested.
Sunshine is genetically clear through her parentage.

Indie
DOB 01/31/2024
Indie was kept back from our Pixie/Bear 2024 litter. We had originally placed her with a family in a co-own, but life happened and they were not able to keep her, so she has been training with us for a few months! She has been doing fantastic and is currently training with Nick- Canton Retrievers for her obedience, FF, and CC skills.
Our ideal home for Indie is an active home. She has low to medium drive and energy. She enjoys playing and training, and can settle in the house. She is sleeping in a crate and has travelled with us to MT and did well. She is a confident and a very sweet puppy. She has been started on basic obedience such as sit, down, place, crate (sleeping through the night), and wait.
Parents are hip, elbow, eye, and cardiac tested.
Indie is genetically clear through her parentage.
